Tangible Fitness Fever

Dedicating yourself to the gym is "work out" enough.  By the time you find a parking spot, wrestle for an available locker, and then wait twenty minutes for cardio equipment at most gyms, you could've squeezed your entire work out in at Tangible Fitness.  Unlike those corporate gyms that can so often become a meat market, Tangible has real focus and gives slackers like me the proper resources for transforming from super geek to ultra chic.

First off, every piece of their state of the art cardio equipment has built in "Cardio Theatre" that I can control which keeps my attention on being super sexy verses super sweaty.  There's nothing like watching America's Next Top Model re-runs while you get your jog on.  It gives a whole new meaning to runway.

At Tangible, it's all about the staff.  They are ferociously friendly and hands on to help ease apprehensive gym-o-phobes like me.  First there's Lorrie, one fiery lady that'll whip you into shape with one of her kick ass (or should I say kick- your-ass) boxing routines.   Her resume is rockin' with credits such as contributing editor for evliving.com, fitness segments on Sonoran Living Live and host of ABC's "Fat March".  Joey, my personal fave, is one hot hunk of man that couldn't be more hospitable, and based on his perfect pecks, there's no denying that he knows a thing or two about fitness.  In addition, he has healing hands and is a master of massage therapy.  And this staff doesn't just have big muscles, they have big hearts.  Both Joey and Lorrie are actively involved with several charitable projects helping people over come sickness and obstacles through nutrition and healthy living.   So if you too want bulging biceps or lustful legs, you'll be glad to know that this dynamic duo can make time in their busy schedules to provide you with the best personal training in town.

In addition to the fantastic fitness facility, Tangible Tanning is right next store.  This way, you can be ten pounds lighter and two shades darker while maximizing your "me" time all in one trendy trip.

Tangible Fitness is clean.  Never crowded.   The art work is awe inspiring.  The location is central.  And lastly, might I say, the towel service is A-mazing!  Maybe it's just me (and I don't know what kind of detergent the folks at Tangible Fitness use), but I think those tiny towels smell just like cantaloupe and after a serious sweat session what could be better?
